Are you ready to win BIG prizes this month?

This month we challenge you to increase your conversions in November by 20% off a 6-month coupon. We will be sending you a leaderboard where you can track your progress and see how many conversions you have gained in November compared to what you earned in October. Keep in mind, we are ONLY counting conversions using the new 20% off coupon, so if you are not transitioned to the new coupon, please talk to your affiliate manager to get you set up!

At the end of November, all new entries will be final. We will be taking churn into account with this contest therefore results will be announced on January 4th, 2023. 

How to participate:

  • Make sure everything is updated to promote the new 20% off 6 months coupon. Only conversions using this coupon will count for this contest. 
  • Get enrolled in the contest! You can do this by filling out the form above, or emailing affiliatecontest@helium10.com your name and affiliate ID or by telling your affiliate manager that you would like to participate. Only affiliates that have enrolled in the contest will be eligible for prizes.
  • Promote the new 20% coupon and get those conversions! The more conversion you get, the higher your prize will be. Track your conversions using the leaderboard provided and your affiliate ID number.
  • ​Wait for the winners to be announced and then claim your prize! Please keep in mind that churn will be taken into account for this prize and winners won’t be announced until after January 1, 2023. 

Contest Rules:

Please read the following rules carefully before enrolling in the Fall Affiliate Contest. All promotions must follow these rules and guidelines. If any affiliate breaks one of the following rules, they are subject to being removed from the contest at the discretion of the Helium 10 Affiliate Team. 

Contest Timeline:

From November 3, 2022 to November 30, 2022, at 11:59 PM PT

Redeeming Your Prize:

To redeem your prize, please either contact your affiliate manager or email affiliatecontest@helium10.com. Each award tier has a cash option. Please let either your affiliate managers or affiliatecontest@helium10.com know which prize option you will select in your award prize category. If choosing to redeem the full prize value, please provide a receipt to your affiliate manager that fits within your allotted prize amount and description. If you are unsure how to do this, please reach out to your affiliate manager for more information.
  • The contest will end on November 30, 2022, at 11:59 PM PT. Final results will be announced after January 1, 2023, since churn will be considered in this contest. 
  • For this contest, only the 20% coupons and below will count. The 10% off annual coupon as well as no coupon, will be counted as a conversion for this contest. The old 50% off 1-month coupon will not be counted as a qualified conversion in this contest. Any conversion using this coupon will not be counted as an eligible conversion. 
  • The top four prizes, 150 conversions for $5,000, 125 conversions for $4,000, 100 conversions for $3,000, and 75 conversions for $2,000 are limited to the first two affiliates who achieve these tiers. Once the top 4 prize tiers have been filled, any affiliates who achieve these tiers will be defaulted to the 50 conversion tier for $1,000. 
  • ​​​All content must be original to the affiliate and cannot be copied from any other source other than the affiliate that is posting the content.
  • ​Affiliates can only win one prize for this contest. The conversion tier that you fall into at the end of the contest will be the prize that you receive for this contest. 
  • ​Do not share leaderboard information with people outside of the Helium 10 Affiliate program. Any affiliate found doing so will be removed from the contest. 
  • ​All conversion tier results are final. If you feel there was a mistake in your calculation, please contact your affiliate manager. 
  • ​Any manipulation to receive higher views, likes, and comments such as PPC, using Helium 10 Branded Key Terms and spamming comments are not permitted. However, we are allowing any type of quality promotion such as new blogs, email newsletters, Youtube videos, Facebook lives, detailed posts, etc. to help boost your conversions.
  • ​Receipts must be submitted to redeem your prize unless you select a cash option in which you will be sent the amount listed as the cash value of your prize. If you submit a receipt for your prize, please note that any amount spent that is over the listed prize value will be the responsibility of the affiliate. The Helium 10 affiliate team will only reimburse the listed prize value. You may submit more than one receipt that equals up to the amount of the prize. 
  • ​By entering this contest, you are agreeing to allow the Helium 10 Affiliate CrushIt team to share your name and content in relation to this contest.
